Toonses- go ahead and e-mail me the weighted max file along with the glm. I'm going to see if there is anything else that I can do. If that doesn't fix it, I'll remove the env map shader and just release it.
The mod is tentatively called 'Gunslingers'

I've played UT and IMO, their models don't even come close to your's! Awesome job! I'm diggin' the Samus model, it looks so good. Can't forget Plo Koon! He is looking PERFECT! Have you pondered the modeling of TMNT characters or some 007 characters? :D

I've been a fan of the Street Fighter II series until they got into the Alpha & EX versions. I'm probably not enough of a fan to do any of those characters though.
I liked TMNT, but I probably wouldn't have enough desire to make any of them. Would be nice though... just a time issue.
As for 007, hell yeah, I'd love to make some, but again... I need some more time to actually get around to those. :(
