Another creation I found in my override. This is a Halo H3 pistol replica with a longer barrel.

Thanks!!! I have a few more items that need some minor tweakage, then I will post those as well. Maybe I'll remember to pay my domain renewal fee this time.

Thanks for this great model, good to see you're still uploading these awesome models e-var ... :)

I'm using this for Carth's blaster, that model sucks if you allow me ... I mean, all those blaster pistols looking just the same :disaprove so no more "Carth's blaster" for me, now it's a "Carth's disruptor".

good modding! :thmbup1:

Thanks, and Great Idea!!! A pair of these will make Carth very useful. I neglected to mention in the first post that these pack quite a wallop. Next time I stop by, I will post a screenie of the stats.

You're not kidding! Energy damage on droids, and poison on organics? You've certainly got your bases covered for whatever sorry hostile comes your way :D. Do the Melee bonuses (Mighty & Attack) count when you're using a blaster?

Thanks!! Now that you mention it, I'm not really sure about the melee bonuses as they relate to blasters. I'll have to devise some sort of test to find out.

Thanks!!!!! I used parts of the in-game .tga files to put the texture together for that. I believe I still have the short-barrel version somewhere. I'll add it to the first post when I find it.

I like your blaster(s, all yours are good), but how can a simple blaster bolt poison someone? It's no gas gun like SS' one in URM.

Ah, well that's very simple! The little spinning energymawhungus that charges the propulsormajigie injects highly charged particles into the bolt of energy that bursts fourth from the magnetized trajectory enhancer. In this case, the device uses a low-grade material from Myrkr, rather than the usual highly-refined stuff. The end result is a bolt containing contaminated particles which impart an extremely toxic reaction upon impacting the receiving fleshy mass that is unfortunate enough to be targeted.

Uh. Wait. Huh?
My Brain just went on the fritz.... But, what happens when you shoot a droid?
Does the Magnetized Trajectory Enhancer contain several Ion particles? Or does this poison rust the droids? Or, Alternatively does it do both?

There is a very interesting story behind that, now that you mention it. The increased damage to droids is actually a result of a delightfully cruel, and entirely unanticipated, fluke of nature known as Force Accelerated Quantum Castoff Phenomenon, or FAQCP. The super-heated environment within the disruptor blast itself, you see, causes this to take place. Since the energy potential created by this particular model of disruptor far exceeds that of any other localized linear projection of destructive energy on such a small scale, the Force naturally reacts to counter a perceived threat to space-time continuity and applies tiny, tiny, countermeasures to stabilize the core foundation of the matter itself, resulting in the unforeseen discharge if itsy bitsy superpotential entities which react.....harshly......with the common construction materials in droids, causing the droids themselves to become the source of devastating, albeit teeny, ion blasts which emanate from their own innards.

Huh?:¬:

Except for the R2 line of droids, of course, which were the first and only design to incorporate integrated ion-nullification fields.
