Is there a program that can decompile scripts in K1?

To my greatest regret, unfortunately, not.

Is there anyway that you can find the source codes of the scripts in modules? I've searched for such things but could never find them in the BIFs section of uncompiled scripts.

BIFs -> scribts.bif -> Script, Source

There is nothing more anywhere...

You can use the TSL script De-Compiler with K1 aswell, I believe.

NWNNSSCOMP (http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=145516) is able to both Compile and De-compile.

Sure, it requires use of the command prompt, but it does the job...

...just make sure you're able to use the Command Prompt before Downloading.

How: Start-->Run-->TYPE: cmd

If it pops up and looks like a weird version of DOS than you're good!

I'm pretty sure that nwnnsscomp decompiles into pcode, which is pretty useless.

-EDIT-

It works on some scripts I've found in the past, most of the time it works fairly accurately.

I wouldn't say that. The pcode tells what functions, strings, and integers are being used from just a cursory inspection. That alone is enough to figure out what 3/4 of the scripts are doing.
