so, do you mean just 14 different colours of iris? Or have you changed the folds of skin or wrinkles around the eye socket too? Or how about the eyebrows, do they match the hair colours?

Hey- Would people be interested in a mod that slows the rate you gain EXP in K1, so it takes much more exp to get to level 20? And if so, would anyone be interested in testing the mod (a full playthrough w/o other mods) because K1 doesn't seem to want to work right anymore on my computer?
I really wish people would comment on my stuff a bit more...

I never did like the Zeison Sha style armours. The model is a bit strange (it doesn't match the body shape of the other models, especially the shoulders and hips), and the cape was too billowy. The way you've added the boots and the chest plate to the long robe, and you kept the loin cloth looks like you've kept the best parts of each model.
One problem I can see, is that the cloth of the abdomen of the upper body doesn't match the loin cloth/skirt area below the belt. In my opinion, it should look like the belt is placed over top of a long shirt that hangs down in front of the pants. Perhaps using the same cloth pattern on both areas, as well as making the lower part darker (to match the upper part) will make it better.
You also seem to have some missing polygons on either side of the belt (the white background is showing through).
I hope I didn't overload you with my comment :D
Yea, the skin isn't done yet, i probably will make it darker, and those missing polygons are no longer visible. Those are also obsidian's fault :D

Whoa, that robe looks good.
Love the skin, but I think you might want to check out the UVmapping of the boots. To me it looks like the metal part should be covering the entire boot, but that's just my opinion.
Thats not the UV map's fault. I've been trying to fix the feet and legs' texture. Blame Obsidian!

I always wanted to see what the backpack from the default soldier clothing would look like if you put it on Mandalorian armor... maybe that?
Well the problem is that the chest and the rest of the body, don't completely go well, so you should combine them better, as jai'galaar, said, some of gray on the hemlet, and maybe add the same king of texture, of the chest, on the rest of the armor, to make the different parts of the armor, looks as parts of the same armor ^^

As others have said take the chest texure and put it on other parts throghout the model. As for putting some of the gray texture on the helmet, I think it should be a stripe starting at the top of the visor and going down the back of the helm.
I like the idea of the soldier backpack. In addition I think there should be two blaster holsters (one on each leg).
I would like to do the blasters, but do you guys know a model that has those in it already?
I don't think any standard models have them, only new ones like in DarthDeadman's movie mandos mod. Lots of models have holsters though.

Nothing plot related will change, just cosmetics really. Leveling rates will be tweaked, things skinned, items added, NEW FEATS, and much much more.

tatooine's random sand ppl encounters, you pretty much get the disguises from that large group near the module exit to the enclave anyways.
