I'm going to post all of my art here.
I know I've already started a thread, but erm, I made the mistake in titling that 'Bao-dur, Atton and Exile.'

so, i guess this is Darren from my Quest for Revan story. but, the eyes turned out, erm, wrong. and the moustache just looks annoying lol

I expect that this is Darren?

I like how you did the pants. :D Nice work.

Cool! What is it... a lizard?

I really like the clothing... it's hard! Shadowing is nicely done. The facial quality is a bit hard to make out... instead of black outline, I would suggest a darker tan instead.

This drawing has just motivated me to start using color in my art!

Hehehe, love the jawa. Whats he holding? Love the wrinkley pants and the robe colors on Darren, everything except for the mustache looks great to me! :D Glad to see some more of your work after that one you did for DY. Keep drawing Burnseyy! :)

the moustache - i know... what was i thinking? XD
I like them.. i can't draw them. that sounded almost Jedi 'must resist... the moustache.'

lol. >.>;;

the thing he's holding? erm. yer, i'm not sure. an electric... machine.. thingy? i don't tend to think too much when i'm drawing. :S

thank you. :)

Don't know if you put it on there, but she has that wrist gauntlet of hers. I think that there might be a pouch on her left (right?) leg. Other than that, it seems about right.

Very nice work though. It looks really hard to draw. :)

and damn the pouch. let's pretend it doesnt exist. (i'll add it on when i do the colour in.)

Like your art. You inspired me to start honing my skills again. Just out of curiosity... when you were taking art classes, did you practice drawing using the right side of the brain? This may seem like an odd question, but I was just wondering.

Here is Mira in colour!

And, just because I accidently clicked black and white and it looked decent... Mira in black and white:

http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f73/Yasuzoma/mira-blackandwhite.jpg)

I'm quite proud of how this picture turned out. :) Water colour pencils & Picasa are difficult to work with, but I like it, if I'm allowed to say so myself.

Your comments would be appreciated. :^:

Next I'm planning on doing some scenes from my story - Quest for Revan, too.

Very nice! I can't draw very well at all - so anybody who can gets my congratulations!

Although, I am going to try and do some drawing - i've downloaded some tutorials on proportion, and may print some outlines out as a guide.

Out of interest, how do you colour your pictures in?

Oooh.
That's by hand. I did use Picasa 6 or something, to patch the brightness/contrast up a tad, but that's it.
I use water colour pencils, and basically mix a few of the colours together to get certain 'shades'.

You should get Photoshop/GIMP.

Makes the computer editiing part MUCH easier.

Have you ever SEEN one of my drawings?

Absolutely abysmal..

The best I can do is a cartoon man with a peanut shaped head..

tips and tricks? sure, why not?
Sit indoors for prolonged amounts of time, wishing you had more money because you can't get a job, which will bring you into a passive state where all you can do is write/draw/play KOTOR, and you'll find inspiration and patience hits you!
:) hope that helps lol

Sorry, I have not got to this sooner Burnseyy! Wow Mira came out great...really looks like her, especially the face. :D This has prompted get back into drawing, I donґt have much talent, but its fun, and thats the important part. Just donґt expect a "HOPґs Art Thread" or anything. :xp:

Not the tips everbody was hoping for though eh? You seem like a talented, friendly person Burnseyy...whoever wouldnґt give you a job...they are not worth your time. ;)

"drooltastic"? Wheee! - great work here Burnseyy, Iґm now really excited for my request. (Donґt rush or anything, just got really excited especially after seeing how well Mira came out.) :D

Atton ;) It doesn't look much like him, but it'll pass.

It also looks like he's holding the lightsaber awkwardly and standing dead goofy - but that's just to make him look like he's moving in for an attack.
Also, I chose NOT to put him in robes, despite having a lightsaber, because seriously - he doesn't look right in them. And his outfit is far better.

I like ze Atton, Burnseyy. :D And I agree...Atton just doesn't look good in robes. He and Disciple don't need matching outfits. ;)

I do like this Atton...kinda like Star Wars meets Cowboy Bebop.

That is a remarkable piece of work. How long did it take you to draw that?

I especially liked the shadow effects. Those are hard to do.
