I think there was a screenshot somewhere of Thrawn's Star Destroyer in a Skirmish game. I believe he'll be in both Skirmish and Galactic Conquest as well as the campaign.

I doubt that they would only appear in the campaign, because then you would only get to fight against them, and the Rebellion and Empire would hardly have gained new space heroes, would they?

Yeah, what Wedge said. If you're not satisfied with the response, you'll just have to wait for the game to come out and see for yourself.

Thrawn is available in the story campaign (on the enemy side), galactic conquest (solo and multiplayer) and space skirmish games (solo and multiplayer).

He's in the game. Probably a hero dreadnought.

You don't want any surprises in October? :)

Probably exactly the same as Thrawn. Not what he does, of course, but with regards to availability etc.

Garm is a ground vehicle hero - the vehicle is new and so far we haven't released screen shots of it. It's actually my favorite unit :) He also has some enhancements to ground and space troops similar to a powerful field/fleet commander.

Explain to me why a Fleet Strategist Like Garm Bel Iblis is in charge of ground units??

A Ground hero would more likely be Generals Rieeken, Cracken or Madine would be better suited for that role

He IS a general, not just a fleet strategist - that's a ground-command term, and from what I read, Garm had a few ground battles under his belt as well. He made the most sense for the position from all we had to pick from. He does affect space battles as well. But I know better than to get into a lore argument :)

If you read star Wars Lore the Ranks are not the same as the current Militaries of the world. They don't go "Lieutenant", Lietenant Cmndrer, Commander, Captain, Admiral
For Fighter Command and Fleet Command they go Lieutenant, Captain, Lieutentant Colonel, Colonel, Commander, General. Fleet command then go into the Admiralty Ranks.

Since the Dreadnaught (probably) isn't in the game, they probably didn't want him flying anything else. Why the Dreadnaught isn't in the game is another question.

Also, I just remembered the Peregrine, his ship, is a Katana fleet Dreadnaught - which probably isn't in the timeline. If Thrawn is in the Admonitor, I don't think Bel Iblis could be in the Peregrine.

I may be wrong though (probably am  )

Who cares? The Rebels needed a hero unit in a vehicle, anyway. And he can still influence space battles; it's just that he doesn't come in his own ship.

In that case I'm sure there will soon be any number of mods placing him in the Peregrine or some other Dreadnaught. Everyone wins.

Just thought I'd mention, Bel Iblis' vehicle is called the Gargantuan Battle platform.

The description (but no picture) is on IGN.

Edit: Sorry if this is already common knowledge. :jedijawa:

Now, where can we find and control the penguins ??

Thrawn would be a nice guy to lead them if he can ever have land-based battle unit, cause he can easily look like Freeze(no Vader will not do Batman impersonation).

Oh, so that's the name of his vehicle? I assumed that with a name like that it would be something bigger, like a space defence platform.

Oh trust me, it's plenty big enough :)
