Ah, they sell pocky here. There are also these little stick pastries made of crepe wafers rolled into hardened sticks-things filled with a sweet filling like Ammeretto Coffee-bean (weird)and chocholate (not weird but too sweet). The ends are always dipped in chocolate, so with the pattern the rolled wafers make, it looks just like a cigar. Albeit a thin one.
I LOVE those things! (they're what I was thinking of when Das and Jmac were describing pocky) do the two taste similar? or are they just sameish-looking?

no, pocky is more like...it kinda tastes like matzo dipped in chocolate. only not that cardboardy. the other thing is this:

(i think) only dipped in chocolate too. they come in other flavors, like just vanilla, or mint chocolate, etc.

Mmm.. I love that pirouette stuff.. My favourite kind of chocolate is Lindt. It's hard to pronounce but hot damn they taste good!
Peirouettes are SO GOOD!! I love them with ice cream.
I can imagen they would taste good with teh ice-cream. Mmm.. Ice cream. I like coffee Ice-cream. And once, I had jelly and choc chip ice cream. Oh, creamy niceness... My favourite brand of ice crea, is PETERS oh yeah! it's nice and creamy (unlike some other brands) blech!

P'sha, thats the stuff. IMO, Pirouettes (or whatever) are real sweet, pocky is like breadsticks without yeast left in a fridge to obtain that hard texture dipped in a thin layer of chocolate. Speaking of edibles...in many older movies (and even now I think) the 'windows' used on sets were really just clear sheets of sugar-spun candy. Not sharp at all.
Coffee icecream=drool.

i love milk. vanilla milk, chocolate, 2%...the only kinds i refuse to have are skim (*vomits*) and strawberry (just sounds too weird).
None of my friends or kids at school like it. I pour it into my coffee. Caffein stunts your growth (pfft) and milks builds bone-mass, so they cancel each other out.

umm i hate caffeine. there are kids i know that are like "omgggg i stayed up all night and literally got no sleep and now i'm running on coffee and diet" and i'm like...ok no you're not.
on the plane back home from florida, the two-hour flight, i drank a large cup of coffee before we took off...and it lasted me about 10 minutes. it doesn't do anything, it's all just a myth.

My family runs an Resturant/ Ice Cream store, and Moose Trax ice cream is a really popular flavor. So is Peach and the new Pumpkin. I freakin' LOVE the pumpkin.
