IV Luke is a little girl I prefer VI Luke.

I would like to say Boba almost, but really he shows to for only a really short time for people to feel his coolness, namely the whole chase scene, and the Talk Back to Vader scene, and I won't call the "Vacation @ Pit of Carkoon" a happy thing.
Leia is cool too on Tatooine.

If you want specific episodes, for Luke Skywalker I would say Empire Strikes Back (not even a big fan of that movie, just like Luke a lot in it), for C-3PO Revenge of the Sith, and for Obi-Wan Kenobi The Phantom Menace.

Really? For me it's V > VI > IV for Luke (ironically, my OT favorite episode order is the exact opposite).
IV and V Lukes are very similar, methink. VI is completely different, particularly his haircut :p
Not really, IV Luke is really whiny and confused, V Luke is a lot more mature, but impatient, and does not try to be threatening, while VI Luke is very "I'll have it my way," but not in a crying kid way.
Nintendork you got a big point in IV he did look a lot confused and put down but after he became a Jedi, he got a lot more mature and he wasn't as sad about Ben as he was on the IV.
My fav has to be Boba Fett hes wicked :) Also hes my star wars personality :P

On second thought, I liked them all, too bad ep 1-3 had too much action and not enough character development so you never really got to know them.
