i havent seen any of those im not a star trek fan(to cheesy in my opinion)jurrasic park didnt have the greatest cgi and in some scenes in my opinion cheesy. i havent seen office space but a few of my friends have and they say it is excellent.

War of the Worlds
Harry Potter
Coach Carter

I'm a pretty big movie guy, there's lots more that I like but these are the tops.

Fixed. I like all the movies Moeller listed. But also, the Lord of the Rings Trilogy is with the Star Wars Saga. The main reason why I played BFME I & II is because of the LotR movies. :xp:
Band of Borithers for me. Can't stop watching it. Then it is Indiana Jones trilogy followed by Hamburger Hill, Platoon and We were soldiers.
I've seen SW a squillion times, but I've seen these a squillion more. These movies are almost part of my soul !
Rashomon. (dir. Akira Kurosawa)
Throne of Blood (dir. Akira Kurosawa)
Ran (dir. Akira Kurosawa)
The Draftsman's Contract (dir. Peter Greenaway)
Fire Walk With Me (dir. David Lynch)
Blue Velvet (dir. David Lynch)
Ninja Scroll (anime - dir. Yoshiaki Kawajiri)
Barry Lyndon (dir. Stanley Kubrick)
plus a few others of course :)

i forgot indiana jones trilogy:( and does anybody know when indiana jones 4 is coming i have read alot of rumors and such and really want another movie:)
Ditto on Office Space, King Arthur, and Red October.
One of my favorite little-known sleepers: Reign of Fire.
Favorite classic: Forbidden Planet (1956) ...WAY ahead of it's time, and better FX than some of the junk produced today.
Here's a tip for King Arthur: The DVD has an optional trivia track that displays text at the bottom of the screen. It's got some cool facts about history and the movie production. They actually built a one kilometer replica of Hadrians Wall on location for the movie!!
Can't name all of mine, but here are a few.
We Were Soldiers
Band of Brothers
Lord of War
Wedding Crashers
Saving Private Ryan
Lord of the Rings Series
Hm, here are some catergries of type movies i like
1. Action
2. Scary
3. Comedy
As far as I know Indy Jones 4 was put on the shelf indefinitely.
As for me...well...hmmm...not really the most amazing list I've ever made...pretty sure several movies are being left off and several new movies are carrying some weight because I can't remember everything when my DVD collection is at home.
For now...
1. Shawshank Redemption
2. Band of Brothers
3. The Producers (original Mel Brooks movie)
4. LOTR series
5. Monty Python's Holy Grail
6. McLintock
7. Zoolander
8. Anchorman
9. The Quiet Man
10. Support Your Local Sheriff
Yeah, also Harrison ford said hill give them 2 or 3 years to make a script or he won't do it.

Harrison Ford is excited about Indy Jones movie...it mentions the movie is to begin shooting soon. O_o
I thought the project got canned. Sweet freaking action!
Nice find! Awesome. Can't wait.
If Harrison Ford is excited about it, we know we have something to look forward to (and not an ill-conceived attempt at reviving an old series). Definitely looking forward to that one.
My favorite movie is "Casino Royale" with David Niven and Peter Sellars. After that, certainly the extended edition of "The Return of the King", along with just about every action-adventure trilogy out there. Eventually they all blend together, and it's hard to categorize them.
i heard about that on ign about a year ago i read the so called "script"(very digested version) and i cant wait to see it
LotR trilogy is the best.
Band of Brothers.
