The manual mentions "Infinite Ammo" as a psi power upgrade. It says: "Infinite Ammo: By tapping into the raw power of the nearby Psitanium deposit, Raz obtains psychic ammo for PSI Blast and Confustion." Anyone know where that deposit is?
the entire camp is on top of psitanium, which is what powers the psi powers in the first place. It means the "unlimited ammo upgrade" taps into this source of power, not that you literally go there and tap it.
If you want unlimited ammo, you just have to keep ranking up until you get to it.

It's either rank 90 or 95 that gets you Infinite Ammo for Psi-Blast (and Confusion!!!)
