I've got max5, Aaron was working on a hitman model ported right from the game, but he dissapeared, and isn't responding to emails. :( :(:(:(
so I was hoping if anyone could link me to some good JKA weighting/compiling tutorials.

It won't work in Milkshape. The GLM exporter can only export 1 group, and sabers need at least 2, one for the hilt itself, and one for the blade.
