Anyone else have the problem of the game pausing/skipping for a second or two every time a player connects and then enters the game? It's really frustrating, especially on the many maps with small walkways and large pits. I have Deferred loading off...  [Read More]

I have a geforce 4 4400, the latest reference drivers and dx 8.1 :) It freezes on death, but it was pointed out that it might be loading player models. It's skips a bit when I just join a server but then cools down, but still occasionally skips/free...  [Read More]

I get this too, it's extremly frustrating. I'll try that video setting. Maybe there should be a way to pre-load all player models so this isn't even an issue?...  [Read More]
