And the the Force pull ability. That seems like a must-have for any Jedi game. I don't know why they didn't include it as it certainly would have been handy....  [Read More]

I think I'm just going to purchase the PS2 version for the additional content. I'm getting the impression that it would not be as complete on 360: only one temple level versus the three on PS2, no Sith ghosts, etc....  [Read More]

Yea, but it's not betrayal if you don't get caught! ;) Yes, but the question of whether or not Vader truly got caught or if Galen has simply been Sidious's tool the entire time remains a mystery. ;)...  [Read More]

I agree with those who say that Sidious and Vader remained loyal to the Rule of Two (albeit very liberally, taking many Dark Jedi apprentices and thereby paying more observance to the letter of the law rather than they spirit of the law). However, I...  [Read More]
No, he's a Dark Jedi. At least for the first half of the game. After that, he is seemingly redeemed to the light side but still makes use of dark side powers, so perhaps by that point he is sort of a Grey Jedi power-wise, only leaning towards the lig...  [Read More]
I've often wondered if red was one of the colors the Jedi used for their lightsaber crystals before the Sith came around. And then they outlawed that particular color because of its association with the Sith. Just a thought....  [Read More]
The Jedi don't actually have uniforms. They have what they consider the traditional attire of the Jedi that many choose to wear as a symbol of their ongoing legacy, but Jedi robes are not mandatory. A great example of this would be Aayla Secura, whom...  [Read More]

You could be right, I don't know. Your theory is a good one, don't get me wrong. I was just stating what the game developers have said. Then again, it is ultimately up to Lucas Licensing to decide what really happened, so maybe we'll be told differe...  [Read More]

The game developers have said that Vader simply didn't plan on attempting to overthrow Palpatine at this time. He intended to do it eventually, but not yet. Galen was not his "chosen one" (pardon the pun). He planned on doing it at the very...  [Read More]

Why do people have an obsession with turning games into films? Isn't Uwe Boll enough to teach us the error of this? And Street Fighter, and Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, and Double Dragon, and Super Mario Bros., and the Resident Evil films, and Final...  [Read More]

:¬: TFU will never be made into a movie because it already is the next chapter in the saga, supposed to be on the same level as the movies. Yeah, I wouldn't go that far....  [Read More]

Okay, I just read your entire review. Very interesting read, Shem. It sounds to me like the last-gen versions of this game completely own their next-gen counterparts in nearly every single way possible. This is why I wish they could release an uber...  [Read More]
I concur. The dark side ending adequately portrays what greed and lust for power bring about: a broken person. I think that both endings teach us profound lessons regarding pride versus selflessness. One shows that us that it is never to late to turn...  [Read More]

I had my first major bug yesterday: my 360 froze up and would not boot the game at all. Fortunately, I found out how to fix the problem from the LucasArts website. Only that was after I had exchanged the game twice at Gamestop and it didn't resolve a...  [Read More]
You know what fundamental component I just realized this game is missing? Force pull! It sure would have been nice to have been able to disarm enemies, or to pull in that nearby holocron once within a reasonable range....  [Read More]
