The best solution for Darth Maul is to do the Jump-Spin attack repeatedly. Here's how, in case you don't know the trick.
(You can do this whether you're moving or standing still.)
Press the Jump button, then wait until you're in the air, and press the Jump button again to do a flip. Then press and HOLD the Attack button. What will happen is that when you hit the ground, Obi-Wan will do a 360-degree spin attack. (You can release the Attack button as soon as Obi starts to spin.) Repeat as necessary.
What this does is that the Jump takes you mostly out of the range of Darth Maul's lightsaber, and thus you take less damage. You DO take damage while you're performing the spin on the ground, but you're dealing almost twice as much damage to Darth Maul as he is doing to you.
As I recall, a Force Push doesn't affect Darth Maul once you do damage to him. It's a bug that he is affected by the Force Push at ALL, but one that we never caught

In my game, I most often don't do damage to Maul at all, according to the red health bar. But he dies just the same...
