I've tried about 20 times trying to kill the coruscant mercenary with that force pike, i only have 12 shots with the double laser gun, and quite a few on the weak gun (gun for 1 and 2). I only got 20% health too!!

oh, i also ripped off that one guy, you know the guy who wants to give you tickets for a high price? Well this is how:

Talk to him
Get money for binoculars
Tell him that he said 50 each (or less)
Walk away
Go back to him and say "i'm sure it was an honest mistake" and you'll rip him off!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAAAH!!!!!! It's so funny, you could also be mean and switch to quigon or obiwan and force-push him off the edge (not sure if it'd work i'm going to go try it now)

Well with 12 R-65 shots left you are seriously SCREWED. You need to restart the level and conserve ammo. Or you could type in the code happy which causes the weak gun to become a flamethrower, firing tank rounds (and maybe slowing your framerate when it fires as it fires so fast http://www.jediknight.net/mboard/biggrin.gif) ).
Force push always works, regardless if you are supposed to use it on the level or not.
You could character switch to a Jedi and annihilate the mercenary that way.
I've ripped off the guy countless times, Jared figured it out first (he would wouldn't he http://www.jediknight.net/mboard/biggrin.gif) )
BTW, the happy code is not considered a cheat by the game, so it still gives you a ratng, luckily. http://www.jediknight.net/mboard/smile.gif)
DON'T repeat DON'T get near the exploding generators. I don't care what walkthrus say, the explosions rarely harm the mercenary. And they'll kill you very quickly.
You could also type in slowmo to make everything slow down (I've never tried it while fighting, but it should make up for time if your reflexes aren't helping)

I'm sure a lot of people know this, but we put in a "cheat" to bypass the whole Tour Ticket trading scenario, so that during testing, the testers who needed to test for bugs beyond that point could quickly get there. As it turned out, we never removed it.

well i beat him. I conserved ammo for the gun, didn't use any codes too. I found some health by moving stuff in the beginning. I only got hit once but i creamed the mercenary. Now I'm at assault on threed
