Not yet. That’s why George Lucas went to such trouble to show this goofy little kid that says things like “Wizard,” and “Yipee.” Also, bear witness to Qui-Gon’s words: “His future is uncertain, he’s not dangerous.” Therefore, his turn to the dark side is mainly attributable to the execution of his training. That’s why old Obi-Wan blames himself in RotJ. And although Yoda does oppose his training, he would never have relented had he sensed actual evil in him. “Clouded this boy’s future is.” Remember?
On a related note, Anakin is supposed to be the most powerful Jedi that ever lived. Luke is supposed to be a close second.
