Converting it from Raven's game would be illegal, since EF was released by Activision, and JK2 will be released by Lucasarts. Starting it from scratch however would not be illegal.

I've been playing EF recently (SP, for the first time) and the voice of the character you play reminds me of Kyle Katarn's voice in Mysteries of the Sith. Is it the same voice actor? I'll have to check the credits...
