(TSLPatcher) Custom include scripts?

While working on a project yesterday, I realized that when TSLPatcher is used to process and compile scripts, any files that your source scripts "include" (like k_inc_force, in my case) have to be put in the tslpatchdata folder. While this seemed annoying at first, I'm now wondering how this might actually be useful. So, my question is, do such include files that TSLP uses to compile scripts in individual projects have to match the corresponding default script or script in the override? I'm wondering if, for instance, I could have made a slight adjustment to a custom k_inc_force for the purpose of simplifying my custom force powers' scripts without messing up anything unrelated to my project (such as all the default powers).

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks! :)
