I'm on streak... seriously!

Here's another tweak for you all.
This one started awhile ago though.. I was technically finished about a month and a half ago. Some weird script happenings stopped it from being released so I had to uncomplexify it so it would work.

Uh..... let's just get to the mod.

Varsity's Trayus Rank Reformation V. 1.01

Click Me! (http://i.imagehost.org/download/0754/VP_TARR)

UPDATE:

The random sabers section of the script wasn't working, no doubt due to my lackluster scripting abilities. But now, it should work, and those dark jedi should be running around with something other than yellow sabers.

Overview of the changes

-Dark Jedi and Dark Jedi Apprentices now wear Dark Jedi robes. They have randomized head appearances as well as occasionally random sabers.

-Sith Apprentices wear the Trayus Mid Robes and have randomized heads. See screenshots

-Sith Lords wear Dark Jedi Master Robes and have randomized heads.

-Sith Marauders wear Trayus High Robes, dual-wield red sabers and of course, have randomized heads.

-I tweaked the difficulty of some of these enemies. They have more force, more force powers and more feats.

Bugs
- Random sabers doesn't really work that great. Theoretically, the jedi should be able to have any color saber equipped, but as usual there are some weird script happenings that prevent this from working correctly.

-Again, I don't know how to use the TSLPatcher all that well, so it's a little awkward... Don't worry though. Basically, if you have the TSLRCM installed, use that option. If not, use the other option.

That said.. enjoy the mod! If this mod proves to be solid and true, I'll upload it to Filefront

Oh wait.. here's a bonus.

While I was running around getting screenshots, I was fighting some marauders and well... what happened next was hard to explain. From what I can gather, the Sith Marauders performed simultaneous power attacks, which resulted in a... SUPER KNOCKDOWN! It sent me flying down the corridors and pretty much way out past the level.

I kid you not.

Love it, TSLRCM compatable option too, very nice Sir!

And one question, a curiosity. What's up with the gui, is that custom or part of the mod?

Nicely done and I would like to add that that is a strange occurrence

VP mods using the XBox version of the game, which has different UI than the PC version of the game. When I migrated to the PC and got TSL, I was sort of confused by the new UI layout, which was somewhat different than the XBox layout.

Very nice it allways bugged me the seeming lack of attention to detail of the sith in the Trayus academy.

I can't wait to test the power of the super knockdown.

I can't wait to test the power of the super knockdown.

The Super knockdown incident was a fluke, not a power....

... though that does give me an idea.. hehehe

AT LAST! A fix for the Trayus Academy's low-poly PCs that is compatible with TSLRCM!

Thank you VP for finishing this, along with the Peragus fix too! :)

Looking forward to future versions....

A way to sort that is to save and reload, It'll reload where you where before the glitch happened. ;)

I had it saved.. but then I deleted it...

Anyways, if there are no found problems with this, I think it's fair to say this goes up to Kotorfiles then?

Worked very nicely the run through I just did. The faces looked good, the stats made it a challenge, and there where no glitches.

Nice one ! I always thought the "dark jedis=red lightsabers and ugly sith faces" really stupid. I'll give it a go...

This mod has been updated to version 1.01.

The only and major update is the fixed script: The Dark Jedi will ACTUALLY have random colored sabers this time around.

I'm thinking I may make a compatibility version with some saber color mod, but I don't know which one... any ideas?

I would actually suggest making a compatibility fix for Oldflash and DI's forked-sabers mod, although it's not a saber color mod - just a hilt model one.

How about a compatibility fix for j3d1w4rr10r's Movie Saber Mod (and the add-on for building them on the workbench) with your mod?

Here's the original release thread in TUCE for the MSM:

Here's the original thread in TUCE for JediKnight707's related mod so you can create the MSM sabers at a workbench:

Oh wow, didn't know about this one... Ehh, as far as that knockdown knocking you out of the level walkmesh/boundaries, it's happened once or twice with sith marauders and IIRC once with Darth Sion.

If you gave a feat of simultaneous/team strike--could that explain the simultaneous knockdown attack? :D

Anywho, nice. I'll check it out.
