I have recently heard that Rebellion, creators of swbf: renegade squadron, gun: showdown and rogue trooper is going to be taking up the swbf 3 project at a smaller cost than free radical.
I personally think this is a mistake for Rebellion's history is rather poor, although the same could be said about free radical. Rebellion is frankly cheap and worth every penny. I hope it's just a rumor floating around

**** Rebellion. That game on psp was patently horrible! Even if they can place a new game on a better engine, it will still suck. Their vision is not exactly the right one on how to keep the core elements of the game as pure as the other two previous titles.
