I need to know how to locate UTP files in my KotOR so I can edit some so corpses or footlockers or anything of the sort. Specifically, I wanna know where the UTP file for the corpse holding the Qel-Droma Robes.
Any help would be appreciated.

*Using KOTOR Tool...*

You only said KotOR (didn't specify either one), but the locations are essentially the same, the only difference being Kotor I or II at the top.

KotOR 1/KotOR 2 -> BIFs -> templates.bif -> Blueprint, Placeables

I'll post again/edit this post if I can find the corpse with the robes for Qel-Droma.

Edit: Ok, the .UTP file for the corpse with the Qel-Droma robes is k34_corpse4.utp, for KotOR 1. I hope you were tracking them down for that game, because I don't think they're in TSL (I couldn't find them in the inventory list), but I'm not sure on that.

Yeah, in KotOR 1, sorry for not specifying. I was using KotOR Tool, and all I knew was how to edit, not to locate things, so I was basically unable to do what I planned. But now I can! THANKS a lot! :D

Edit: Wait... I can't seem to find it here...
KotOR 1/KotOR 2 -> BIFs -> templates.bif -> Blueprint, Placeables
Maybe I am overlooking something? Any further help? I spoke too soon before I even found what I was looking for

Edit 1: Ok then, nevermind, I had to conduct a search(ctrl+F) and I was able to find it, but it didn't show up without that..hmm.. well thanks for your help, for giving me the things to look for :D

Glad you were able to find it...at least once you got the file name, you just had to do a search. Must be tucked away elsewhere. (I haven't done any modding at all in awhile, so I'm a bit rusty)

For future reference, most placeables are located within specific modules, you can find them under RIMS->Modules->modulename. There will be two folders for module, one is for the .git, .are, and .ifo, and you can find the placeables in the other one, along with dialogs, NPC's, .etc.
