The mod looks totally awesome so far. I can't wait to see more updates for it
I was just talking to Penguin Unit and he told me that my works seems a lot similar to bastila revelation mod.First,I never saw this mod nor I ever knew it was on Kotorfiles. So I was going to use some certain effects. But after seeing the revelation mod I think either people will say that I have copied the idea from there or say its plagiarism. And now I am confused either to remove this mod or either no to use those effects I was going to.Please clear my mind that it won't be plagiarism if I release this mod.
There are only so many things that can be done with one outfit. There are a whole lot of Bastilla's Clothing mods. If there are some similar things in a lot of them, that doesn't make it plagerism, to my mind. Yours looks like the best Bastilla clothing mod I've seen. PLEASE release it!

Do you mean the Bastila Revelation Robes (
http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=139434)?) ;)
As long as you're not using the base clothing skin itself, since those were made by Master svцsh.. you're perfectly fine as far as rights to mod/skin as you please :D
My skins for Bastila were a modification of svцsh's Good/Evil Bastila skin (
http://www.angelfire.com/crazy2/xclone_0101/kotor_mods.htm), with his permission of course. Those particular clothing skins are his.. however the techniques I used to "show some skin" and "shiny parts" are far from my "copyright". I would encourage anyone, including yourself, to go right ahead and mod Bastila's clothing to your heart's desire. The only thing I would ask, on behalf of svцsh.. would be not to use his clothing skins without permission.
That doesn't look to be a problem viewing the skins you've showcased.
I hope that clarifies any issues. :)

Hmm...looks nice. :) I like some of your other ones better, though.
Definitely your best work yet. Keep it up. :)
I like the gray one,
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f49/LordRevan999/clothingcolorbbg.jpg)
but I think the arms are too thick to be skin. So if it's possible and easy enough I would make them skinnier.
As i've mentioned, these are nice.
The two winter camo ones are still my favorites from this batch.
Top 2 and last 2 are the best :D looking good LR
Wow, these are nice.
I like the bottom left and the bottom right ones.
Edit:
Wow, the new one looks very cool. Kinda rusted metalic look to it.
Edit2: And another good one added. Excellent work LR.
Edit3: Wow, another one.
Edit4: of the new group edit5 is my favorite as it loks like a worn(sp?) blue robe.
This one of the most amazing thing I ever made.I was try to make the clothing similar to something and got something I quite didn't.And its still in work and I hope when it is done it looks beautiful.Anyways here is a pic.

EDIT:
Just changed some details.

EDIT 2:
Few more changes and added another version too.I need comments on this so please people tell me if something is wrong or if you have some idea for it.

I like the blue ones, the white one doesn't look so good.
These are looking amazing LordRevan999, thanks for your work on these. :)
My favorites are the variations on white, gray and black, especially the newest ones with the more detailed striping and color bleeding. I do like the full body and ones seeing skin, any chance these newest full body versions might be seen as the short version with skin showing?
Any chance of seeing an all white with black and/or gray striping/bleeding, secondly an all black version with with white and/or gray striping/bleeding?
One thing I haven't seen you do (though you might have an not liked the look) was open up the neckline some.
Thanks again. :)
Hey, guys and gals.
There are some good news for some of you.
A teaser version of this mod is awaiting approval at KotorFiles, in which you get to try 8 of the latest robes.
(I personally beta tested it after working on the UTIs.)
A link will be posted as soon as we have it.

Well I didn't thought about that but I like the idea. After my exams in March-April I will surely work on it.

Excuse me I don't really understand what you are trying to say.A bit more simple and detailed info might help me understand what you are trying to say.

I really don't get what you are trying to say. Please tell me what you meant by this line.
And as soon as the mod gets on kotorfile you will get a link here too. Also the robes in the teaser are only wearable by bastila.
Excellent work LordRevan999. My two favorites are the all green one and edit 4. I don't suppose you would consider a red costume. For those of us that like to turn Bastila into a red head. :D
Excuse me I don't really understand what you are trying to say
I should have been more clear. :)
Would it be possible to see/have a solid black robe with white and/or gray striping? Secondly would it be possible to see/have a solid white robe with black and/or gray stripes? Both could be full body or mini shirt version.
On the neckline, I was just wondering if you ever opened up her collar, many fashions for women have a V shape around the neck, maybe I am not using correct language, open collar?
Thanks again, hope this was more clear and I am looking forward to see trying your works. :)

Well I can do that. But I would need to know how much big in width a strip you are talking about. And second, should the strips be vertical or horizontal?

This thing is not possible for bastila's clothing as it won't look like its a skin.

I am considering a red costume but I don't have a cloth texture in red or that could look nice in red on bastila.Anyways, you forgot to add me in the list of those who want to turn bastila into a red head.
Hey Acleacius?
About the black robes with white/grey stripes and white robes with black/grey stripes?
Are they like the blue robes in #74? or the greyish ones in #72?
Anyways, you forgot to add me in the list of those who want to turn Bastila into a red head.
Red heads are my favorites. :bored:tastic
Good news for fans of this mod in progress.
The teaser mod is available for download at KotorFiles.

For a look at the eight chosen robes go to the link above.

Actually, it probably could be done...
All you'd need would be someone with fairly adequate Photoshop abilities to pull it off...
It wouldn't be completely flush, but who looks that closely anyway? :p

I know it can be done and I think I have a little bit Photoshop abilities if not fairly adequate to pull it off.And its not going to look good that I know for sure. And I am one of those who look closely.
You could always leave the collar itself but still give her a plunging neckline. Here's a quick and dirty example I whipped up:

http://i374.photobucket.com/albums/oo185/DarthParametric/Bastilla-Clothes.jpg)
They did a pretty nasty job of mapping that area. Lots of stretching.
Ok,I might try opening the collar or something. But for now I am busy with other stuff.I just made a clothing on which I need suggestion about what to do now.And if anyone knows a effect like CM_BareMetal that can make the middle part of the cloth a bit more armourish please let me know.
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f49/LordRevan999/NP28a2.jpg)
What you could do there, is make the "chain mail" parts (arms, legs and torso) into skin, have the shiny parts on the upper body as some sort of armour (I think a dark colour would work best) and the flaps on the lower body as dark cloth, maybe with a gold pattern on?
It'd make for a nice armoured variant I think. :)
Ok,Marius here is something I came up following your advice.I know it needs more work but is this what you meant?or what about the one on the right?
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f49/LordRevan999/NP28a3a.jpghttp://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f49/LordRevan999/NP28a4a.jpg)
EDIT:
http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f49/LordRevan999/NP29.jpg)
I like the first one and 3rd one but the 2nd one is ODD.
I really like the black one for when she goes to the dark side. The two brown ones are really good too.
Apologizes about the delayed response, I am not on this board very often.
Well I can do that. But I would need to know how much big in width a strip you are talking about. And second, should the strips be vertical or horizontal?
I really like what you did in the past screens for stripes, as in nicely trimming to help bring out the curves. Post 35, 72 and 75 are my favorites with the variations on grey, white and black, including post 72 edit 5 with the bleeding of colors. I guess I was thinking it might be nice to have a Full Lightside white and Full Darkside black robe to have with trim/stripes. I like what you have done and not sure I could offer a better suggestion how to add the trim, as in horizontal or vertical. :)
Are they like the blue robes in #74? or the greyish ones in #72?
I like them both though I think the 74 post inspired my question/request of solid black or white robes with opposite color striping, as the first to screens in 74 of the grey outfits.
Red heads are my favorites. tastic
Add me to this list of Red head fans. :)
Here's a quick and dirty example I whipped up
Very nice, idea. :)
LordRevan999 that black in 93 is very nice, how does that look as a minishirt version with arm and leg skin showing? I think this is what I meant as a solid black version with some white and/or grey lines to bring out the curves. Also do you think a solid white or grey version looks nice?
Wow, with red hair and solid black or white would be stunning......oooh maybe with red strips? :)
Thanks for all your works on this. :)
Make one that looks more dark / goth and much more revealing haha :)
