No since the cutscenes are IN GAME. Meaning you can only view them when you get to them. The reasoning behind that is because the cutscenes aren't prerecorded since if they were then your character wouldn't be wearing their clothing or have their heads.

i could live with no head or clothes if i could see the scenes

You can probably find a good deal of them on YouTube, if you're just interested in watching them.

Actually you can. I f you open KotOR Tool and look under Rims -> Modules you'll find some modules named STUNT_XX (XX being a two digit number). If you warp to that said module with the warp cheat you should be able to see said module/cut scene. I never did that, but I am pretty sure it should work.
