i have this new tool called DIV. but i have no idea whatsoever about how to use it.

Try http://www.clickteam.com) for some free/shareware versions of tools. You should also try DarkBasic

Freeware isn't usualyl crap, alot of the best tools on the net are free. Clickteam made Games Factory etc. so I suggest you check that site out.

DarkBasic is a programming language (based off Basic, obviously), which is sort of angled towards making 3D games, but is very flexible

Niko i HAD DIV but i got rid of it within a week.Because complex programming just isn't me.Though The games factory is one of the best out there.It can't make 3D games but can make very good games,and requires no programming knowledge sam could be said for DIV but i found that really hard to understand and gave up.

Ah the old sig.WHY THE HELL DID I HAVE THAT,WHAT WAS IT TO DO WITH MY CHARACTER???

DIV was crap, it bugged. There was a standard thing that, in the manual they said that i should work, didnt work (i realize what kinda weird sentence this is)

coz lets face it, SCRAMM will never be out. and if it will, it will be as hard to control as DIV

did u take DIV back.You know niko somewhere on the web i saw a site where u can download the whole games factory.I think it was over 50mb.And if u get klik and play u can steal the files from that and have extra sounds and liabrays like i have done.It is the best and easiest games creator out there.Takes about a month to learn the basics but trust me after that it is as easy as hell.

Games Factory rules, it's very versatile. I've used it to make MP3 players, all sorts of games, menu systems etc.
The downloadable extensions really add to the program

Don't give up on it straight away.I know some people who have.It is brilliant and easy to use once you get the hang of it.Though i suppose a manual might help things a bit.
