I wonder what kind of program can save picture files (Tga files) up to: 32 bits? is this like Photoshop, if it is then this is weird, cause mine can only save pictures up to 16 bits, it means the Portraits won't show in the startup screen in Kotor 2 TSL... Does someone know, then I'll be very happy...
As this isn't a Mod Request moving to Holowan Labs...
It is PhotoShop, i use Photoshop and it works fine, it can save up to 32bit, you could try gimp, I'm told thats quite a good alternative to Photoshop.
Where can I find this program, search google or do you have a direct link to gimp webby(website)?
Gimp is great, as is Paint.NET (not to be confused with MS Paint ;) )
Paint.NET has a more Photoshop-ish look, feel and functionality, but since both are free.. choose the one that works best for you :)
GIMP:

Paint.NET

I use Paint.NET and i find it the best free paint tool i have ever used. Also the most simple, so no "fafing" around trying to see how to set alpha or such.

(napped from Chainz's post ^... )
I primarily use Paint Shop Pro (
