I personally think that a magna guard would win, If it loses a limb(or head)it still works fine,and a commando wouldn't function right with out the rest of his sqaud.

Default abilities etc though, it has to be the manga guard.

Off the top of my head i would say the Commando would beat the Magna Guard, but it would depend on who the Commando was and what gun he had.
heck, if the commando used that jetpack... at least i think it's a jetpack (you know the one before the ghost ship mission?), it would win if they had a rocket launcher. or AA. besides. aren't commandos smarter than magnaguards? they could use cover, right? i really don't know

Commando...easily. Come on, I took out 3 on my own one time when I had "accidently" blown up my own squad with a poorly designed flammable barrel-majjig-boom-thing and a few stray shots

also i killed my squad on kashyyyk and i still beat the 2 magnaguards..... then i lost cuz tarful got owned by a battle droid

Commando wins! If I can beat a Magnaguard in RepCom alone > why not for "real".
The commando would win because magna guards are meant for melee combat and fighting Jedi not clones. They are used to fighting up close with their electro staffs and would lose in ranged combat.
Magnaguards Normally Only Have Electrostaves And A Commandos Vireblade Isn't Going To Defend Him Very Well. In Ranged Fighting: A Commando
