My kotor is in french. And the voices are unbearable to me.
Is it possible to find a mod that would put my game in english ?
Considering also that I have a mac.

I don't think such mod exists. If I were you I would buy new or used copy in English somewhere (maybe at AppleStore (http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore?productLearnMore=TA526LL/A) - it isn't cheap but it's 100% legal and for Mac). Each language version differs in sound files (speech), dialog.tlk, chitin.key and maybe some scripts with custom tokens as far as I know. There could be other files like videos aso. whose differ.
