By request and I agree, here is a modest change to Artillery to tone them down.
I increased for both side the refire time by 50% and doubled the deploy/reploy time.

Also added a special effect for the AT-AA when using Missle Defense Ability. Now you
can see it working at deflecting misslies from Plex troops and TB4 Tanks.
Standard game time 10 seconds active, 20 seconds to recharge. This ability was always in game,
but you could not see it working. Well, it works now...bug fixed. :)

Later I could make this ability to reflect Rebel MPTL proton torpedos artillery as a counter.

Unzip and rename the Arty_Nerf_XML to a folder called XML. Place in GameData/Data.

Updated Observation:

Has anyone seen the AI use AT-AA special ability? It does not seem to work for the AI. Maybe that is why the special effects graphics for it were disabled so you do not notice it.

It is too stupid to know it is being shot at with missiles? The AI will not use its missle shield special ability?
