If it's bothering you i'll just take it off, or find a way to make it so it won't automatically appear each time i post unless i click a box.

*reads Spaff's sig*

ugh... I need to play Day of the Tentacle...

Rogue15, yup it's too big. If you want to have an avatar, I suggest that you take the head of a character, instead of a screenshot. It wouldn't look good in 70x70 resolution anyway :D

As for a sig... if you really want to have an image, I suggest one in a banner-like format. Don't make it too big (in resolution AND kilobytes) . Think about the 56k modem users or those who browse the web in 640x480 or 800x600. They don't want a picture filling up their screen.

Well, you need to make ones that are funny for obvious reasons. Not ones thatyou need to explain why they are funny. :D

Here is the definition of "spamming": Sending numerous and or unwanted and disruptive amounts of messages NOT related to the topic.

Is that clear now? Your thread was about if your imagine sig was too big, remember? Don't post if your message won't contribute to the discussion that is taking place, even if you are the one who started it.

Another thing that is considered spam is posting a large number of useless threads that could be combined into a single, more interesting one.

I know, but the goal here is to have some intelligent and rewarding discussions, not some kind of chat. I'm glad that you understand that!

Never go to RS.net then Sherack. The day we stay on topic over there is the day hell freezes over. :D

Plus, isn't this the "OFF-TOPIC" forum.
 Sherack Nhar

Off Topic Forum means that you can discuss things not related to GB. Not that you can post trash (sorry Rogue15) like "Goodnight guys!".

Rs.net is different. Lucasarts made it clear that these are the Premier GB forums, so take them seriously.

Now that it's understood, move on.

I could always cry and punch the electronic boutique manager in the glasses. and throw myself on the floor and start banging my head chanting 'battlegrounds' 'battlegrounds' 'all i wanted is battlegrounds' 'your prices suck' 'your prices suck' i'm sure they'd feel sorry for me and just give it to me.

Ignoring your other 2 posts, flood control is good, but it should be 30 seconds, not 60. JK.net does it right.
