The MANDALORIAN WARS are over at last. REVAN and the
REPUBLIC have won, but their victory has come at a heavy
price. Intending to destroy both the Mandalorian fleet and
the Republic ships who fought against him, REVAN had told
his general, the lovely TYSY DVUKH, to give the order to
activate the formidable Mass Shadow Generator.

This accomplished REVAN'S goal, but it also destroyed
all life upon Malachor V--except himself and TYSY, who
unwittingly severed herself from the Force to survive.
It is for this crime that she has returned to Coruscant
to answer--for this, and for following REVAN to war...

**********************************

"Do you know why we've called you here?"

Tysy Dvukh couldn't tell which Jedi Master was asking that question.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. "Yes. I've come
back to Coruscant to answer for my crimes in the Mandalorian
Wars, and to explain why I followed Revan. I don't have much
of an opening statement--not one that's planned, at least. I
only want to tell you I'm sorry for what I did at Malachor V.
For all my life, including now, I have hated the Sith for being
mass murderers. They kill without mercy, without remorse.

"I admit I've become one of those killers, on a grand scale. Why
did I activate the Mass Shadow Generator, anyway? It was on
Revan's orders, but that's no excuse for unthinkingly destroying
all the life upon that planet. I still wonder if either of us considered
the full consequences of what activating that weapon would do.

"Master Kavar--you've always trained me to respect life, and yet
I can only think back in anguish about when the shadows swallowed
Malachor V. I've failed you, Master, and that's one of my deepest
regrets. I can only hope that you--and you, Vash, and you, Vrook,
and you, Atris and Zez Kai-Ell--will search your feelings and find it
in your hearts to forgive me. Let me rejoin you, or at least atone
for my deeds. I will humbly accept any punishment you give me."

(err, dont remember what she said so im going on what i think should be said, lol!)
((BTW Im Vash))

If you dont remember let me remind you, By following Revan you disobeyed all the laws of the Jedi, you disreguarded what we had said before, you killed just to kill, and you took the lives of thousands on Malachor V. When you disobeyed the Jedi Code and you disobeyed our warning. By doing so you abondoned the Jedi Code, the council and most of all, the force.

"Revan was in the path of darkness. The path we tried to lure you away from. Following that path eventually leads you to pain and despair. And it is a path that is difficult to return from, without bringing some of it with you.

"Why did I come back?" Tysy answered, with a soft sigh. "Perhaps I should
not have. I might die at your hands, good Masters, even though it is said
that Jedi never kill their prisoners. Perhaps in my case, the words of Bastila
Shan no longer apply. Even if it does mean my death, I shall explain myself,
and why I decided to face judgment for what I did upon Malachor V.

"After I gave the order to activate the Mass Shadow Generator, I felt
a great well of emptiness open up inside me. It was as if I no longer
cared about anything, not even if I myself existed. I was not only
detached, but cold, colder than the polar regions of Telos. I
felt not only dead, but severed, from all life in the galaxy. It was only
then, Master Vrook, that I realized the magnitude of what I had done.
I had perished, along with the thousands of fighters at Malachor V.

"After sensation returned to me, and I could feel again, I was glad.
Glad that now I could finally face justice for what I'd done, and glad
that I could turn from the Dark Side forever. Was it all of me that
was engulfed by that sense of cold detachment, and thus died? Or was
it my loyalty to the former Sith Lord, Revan? I am not sure, but I do
know that by returning here, I could finally apologize for my actions."

Perhaps, is it because you do not think you should end violence through violence itself, and your guilt has been pushing you closer to the council with every step you make?

Tysy stepped forward. "Guilt, and guilt only. I am not afraid of Revan's anger,
because I hear that he, too, turned back from the Dark Side and to the Light.
When Bastila Shan tempted him on the summit of the Ancient Temple on the
Unknown World, he rejected her offer. He refused to spill the innocent blood
of Jolee Bindo and become Lord of the Sith once again. I believe that Revan
would be proud of me. He would have been ashamed if I'd not come back,
I think. Revan carried much guilt, but he repented. So do I, and will I.

"As for apologizing--I am not sorry for ending the Mandalorian Wars,
but for ending them in the way I did, activating the Mass Shadow
Generator. Something died within me that day, as I've said before."

Then she turned to the Jedi Masters. "Why did you, the Council, decide not
to follow Revan to war? He only wished to protect the thousands of lives
that were under threat from the Mandalorians. I couldn't watch the Outer
Rim burn and do nothing about it. Revan sought a call to action. I acted,
and I followed. I know that it is you who should be asking the questions,
not I, but I wish to understand your points of view as well as my own."

Revan betrayed us himself. After one of our own betrays us, do you expect us to turn back and follow him? You do not end violence by violence itself. Do you remember the way to find peace? Is it destrucion? I don't think so...

((OOC: Not to be a pain in the rear, but I think you meant, 'do you expect US
(as in the Jedi Council) to turn back and follow him?' Now back to our story...:)))

Tysy nodded humbly. "I remember you telling me, Master Vrook, that if you
try to end violence with violence, then the cycle of violence will never end.
I agreed with you then, but...that was before I met Revan. Revan told all
of us who followed him that if we did not stop the Mandalorians, they would
surely destroy the galaxy. I thought so. When I followed him, I also thought
I would not find peace until the end of the war, until the Mandalorians lost.

"The war is over now, and the Mandalorians have lost, but have I found
peace? Far, far from it. I feel I'm further from this goal than I ever was
before. That's also part of the reason why I came back. I wanted peace,
with the Council and with myself, even if it meant going to my execution.

"I have two more questions for you, Masters, if you'll allow me to ask them.
Why did Revan turn to the Dark Side, and what is the way to find peace?"

Revan turned to the darkside because it is what consumed him, he got power hungry and took advantage of the force and he brought force upon innocent jedi, i do believe he twisted you more than needed and i believe that what you did is what you thought was right.Peace comes with peace and destruction you have brought.

Peace... Is a feeling that unifies. It is when there is no war, no violence, no guilt, no pain. I must ask you a similar question you asked us. Now that you have come here, do you now feal at peace?

Tysy nodded. "I...am beginning to feel that way, but I won't fully be at peace
until I know whether you have forgiven me for the wrong I've done. I don't mean
to imply that forgiveness means a lack of penalty. I only yearn to know, with all
my heart, that you do not hate me for following Revan to war, and my final act
of destruction at Malachor V. Good Masters, tell me truly: do you hate me now?"

(OOC: Yes, you are Atris, and great response!)

Tysy raised an eyebrow. "Oh? What did the Order mean to do when
thousands of people who lived on the Outer Rim begged for our help?
That was why Revan sent out his first call to action, I think. Merely
wanting to go to war did not turn him all the way to the Dark Side.
It took time, deeds, and a predator's patience for that to happen.

"What would you have done, Master Atris, if you had been in my place?
Don't merely tell me you would have obeyed the Council. At first, that
is what I myself thought I'd do. But what if Revan's plea was so impassioned,
and so right, that you just couldn't resist it? The Jedi Order has
never shrunk from trying to help the oppressed and the weak. Neither
would you have, I think. Why didn't you join us in the Mandalorian Wars?"

but does it count for nothing to you that I came here to face judgment?
Selfish I may be, but do you not sense the emptiness I feel, and the
emptiness inside me, because of what I did at Malachor V? I was not
always corrupt, or at least I don't believe so. Master Kavar, would you
have trained me at all if you'd sensed the dark future I would face?"

At this, Tysy bowed her head all the lower. "I understand, Master Kavar. If
you had never trained me as a Jedi, I might never have followed Revan, and
the destruction I caused would have been avoided. Please tell me--do you
loathe me, Master, for what I did upon Malachor V and how I betrayed the
Jedi Order? Hate may be a path to the dark side, but so is dishonesty.

"What was it, Master Kavar, that made you want to train me? What did you
see in me that you no longer see right now? Or, perhaps you do, but you
believe it would be better revealed through a long path of atonement?"

Before you answer that Kavar, I must ask you somthing. Do you remember when you were in training. Young and gullible like most of the jedis who are in training. Think of yourself in her position. Trying to make the right choice for the galaxy. She put the unification of the galaxy above her position. Tell me. Now what do you think about that. What do you think about Tysy's desicions. What are your feelings?

Master Kavar didn't seem to be answering. Tysy guessed that perhaps he
was still thinking about his answer. She turned her head toward the Jedi,
and he gave her a slight nod. The Knight sensed that her trial was reaching
a turning point, and she wanted to give the best defense she could.

"I went with Revan," she explained, a genuine tear starting to form in her
left eye, "because I didn't want to ignore those who were pleading for
our help along the Outer Rim. Revan thought that the Jedi Council--"
she avoided using the word you to refer to the Masters--"had
waited too long to take action against the Mandalorians. I did not think
he was hungry for battle, but I could have been completely blind to this...

"I sincerely thought that following him to war was right, especially since
Revan began to win in his many offensive campaigns. The Mandalorians
didn't know what hit them when Revan came to fight! Or perhaps they
did, but they wanted to savor the bloodlust and honor of battle a bit
longer. Whatever the case may be, I obeyed his orders as my Master.

"Right now, my heart is weeping with guilt and remorse. Master Atris,
you call me selfish. I agree, at least in a certain way. I did not go to
war only to help those on the Outer Rim. I wanted to prove myself to
you, and to you, Vrook, and Vash, and Zez-Kai-Ell, and Kavar. I wished
to let you know that I could be a hero, when I instead became your
greatest villain! I did not mean to fall to the Dark Side, but Revan...

"What happened? I make no more excuses now, and I lay my soul bare
before you. If you want me to spend the rest of my life in a Force cage,
I will. However, is there a chance I might yet again serve the galaxy?
Punish me, for I deserve it, and yet I beg of you--don't take my life!"

Tysy was tempted to lie down flat at the Masters' feet, but not yet...

"You know it is against our order to kill you.... I hate to end violence through violence itself, like you already know. THink about it. We kill you, the servants of the dark side think of it as a martyr and we could have a whole new war at hand. That is how the sith are. They follow an endless path of violence. It is pointless. But now answer to the council with this. What do you think you deserve as a punishment?"
 Tysyacha

"For what I did at Malachor V, I deserve at least five years--times two, at
menial hard labor. I am willing to do such work, rather than having to stand
still at attention in a Force cage." Tysy felt her spine strengthen. Could
it be that she was gaining courage, even though she had never been
more scared in her life? Or, she had never been so scared since Malachor.

She took another deep breath, which seemed like her thousandth at this
trial. "Or, I'll accept exile, having to wander my way through the galaxy in
search of the path of redemption. Living as an exile would not only humble
me, but it would guarantee that you Masters would no longer face a threat
from my actions. If I am banished from Republic space, you will hear of me
no more, yet by this I'll prove to you that I am no longer bent on destruction."

Tysy. Let's stick to the subject. Here are the facts.

You killed millions of people by following Revan into war and activating the Mass Shadow Generator

You abandoned the Council and the Code

You ended the war

You returned here

You accept any punishments.....

Tysy trembled. "What would you have done with me, then? Am I as dangerous

I don't know what more I can say, or what more I can do, to show you that I

This time, Tysy's step backward was large and decisive, but afraid. "Master..."
She found her mouth had gone dry. "I was born and grew up amid these
thousand stars. As far as I know, there is no intelligent life outside the
cradle of this galaxy. I'm reminded of an ancient text, found on a Datapad
that my teachers handed out in school when I was a young Jedi-in-training.

"This text was called Antigone, It was about a stubborn princess
who refused to let her dead brother be eaten by vultures and wild beasts.
Her brother, Polyneices, was a traitor, but Antigone believed the laws of
the ancient gods overshadowed those of her brother, Creon the King.
The laws of those gods, and Antigone's love for her brother, dictated
that Polyneices be buried instead of left to rot exposed in the fields.

"It is not only Antigone's willingness to face judgment for what she
believes is right that reminds me of my situation, but also her fate.
Creon seals Antigone up in a cave, leaving her one day's worth of
food and drink so her death will not be upon his hands. Please,
Master Kavar. If you send me out of the galaxy, I will starve.

"Do you know of other worlds where an exile can survive as well
as she can, where food, clothing, and shelter will at least be there
for her to buy? I feel as if I'm about to be thrown out of an airlock
without a space suit!" With this cry, Tysy prostrated herself at his feet.

Tysy nodded. "If you do decide to imprison me, Master Kavar, please let

"I have an idea. Tysy, may I please have a moment to discuss this with the council?" (Vrook walks up to Kavar and whispers something in his ear. "She is too much of a threat to us to leave her here at the council or exiled. We must test her. I believe we should put her on Eveoit, some uninhabited planet without her lightsaber and the only way out is to show that she can help the other small inhabatants without violence. They know the way out. She must use the force in kind ways to get it out of them. If she can successfully make it out, then she will be permitted on the Jedi Council. If she dosen't..... She will spend a long life alone. And yes there is plenty enough food and drinks for her there"

"Master Vrook," she continued, "you want to test me to see if I will use the

welcome this test, as it would allow me to prove that I have repented."

She glanced at Zez Kai-Ell. "What say you, noble Master? You've been quite
silent during my trial. I don't mean to accuse you, but what are your thoughts?"

After that, she turned to Lonna Vash. "Master Vash, what would you have
