?? Question About EAW and Modding Expectations ???

1. How do people know what program is being used to create this game?
2. How do you people know if they haven't decided to lock modders out?
3. How do you know if everything you are planning will not come crashing down because of false pretenses or limitations?

I don't mean to be a 'buzz' kill, but someone had to question the logic of planning mods for 'EAW'... This is way too early. How do you know if you are going to like the game enough to mod it?

Theories?

Nothing is un-moddable. If the developers don't release tools and specs, the community will find a way to edit the files and import models.

The game will be modded extensively, that's just all there is to it :)

1. What do you mean exactly? The devs have said what model program they are using over at the PFF if that's what you mean.

2. The Devs have confirmed the game is moddable.

3. We know it wont because the Devs have confirmed EaW is moddable.

Please take any further questions you have to the FAQ thread at the top of this forum. Thank you!
