Hi Guys
Im planning to buy a new graphic card in January, a month or so before the game is released. Is this graphic card good for the game.

Link to card;
http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=200309)

Also does this card support T&L and does it support AGP 4x eventhough it is agp 8x.

Thank You.

Welcome to the forumus!

From what I see that card is more than enough. The minimum requirment is 32 MB, and that is 256. I would say its a great card.

By the way this is a techical issue so I moved the thread to the technical forum.

When you say little while do you mean a long time.

That card should last at least 2-3 years whilst SLi improves and becomes more mainstream

even agp 4x support.

Yep, my card is AGP 8X and my mobo is AGP 4X (I really need a new PC)

All AGP 8X cards are backwards compatible with AGP 4X

Yeah, I think the second card is way better, since it's a 6800 instead of a 6600. It should work fine... The first card is good too, since the min system reqs for the game is pretty low compared to other games.

remember SLI only works with PCIe and to get an agp card now would be a mistake as agp is on its way out.
