I don't think the modders get enough positive feedback on the stuff they make for all us bums who can't figure out how it all works. So... this thread is for POSITIVE FEEDBACK ONLY! And since i'm too poor to own KOTOR 2 (yet), I don't have much of an opinion on those mods. But that's not stopping someone else from listing the best KOTOR2 mods...
Anyhow, the best mods i've downloaded thus far...
Redhawke's Ord Mandell and Weebul and Utinii's shop are definitely at the top of the list. Anything that adds new game content... makes me giddy :D
I've got a Roleplay Padawan mod i downloaded from.... (i don't really know...), but it was made by Grif Vindh who based his work off Achilles' Padawan mod. It makes Trask a jedi who trained you, and you become a jedi on the Endar Spire.
Some people will think I am insane for some of these mods, but I don't care. They aren't in any particular order:
1) USM. Great work on this, guys. I love it.
2) Harcore mod. The game gets to easy with all the other mods and cheats.
3) The Naked Bastila/Mission/Juhani mod. Can't give the URL, or I'll get in trouble.
4) RedHawke's full Revan Robe mod. I forget what it's called at the moment. Great job, RH, I spent hours looking for that mod.
5) The Elemental Lightsaber Pack. Although the author (for those who don't know, it was Voyager763) is a jerk, but I liked his non-launcher mods.
6) The Cyber-Pack, also by Voyager763. I'm a Star Trek fan, and I loved the Borg inspired items.
7) make Carth/Canderous/Mission a Jedi mods by RedHawke. FULL JEDI PARTY KICKS @$$
8) Roleplay Padawan Mod. Self-explanatory.
9) Skip Endar Spire mod. I forget who made it. I hated havong to do the Endar Spire every time I created a new game.
10) Any of the original trilogy selectable PC mods. Those were amazing. I think those were done by either Avol or Sciamono.
I don't think I have a particular order, but my favorite 10 kotor mods are Prime's Movie style jedi robes, T&nowhere's lightsaber 6-pack, all of RedHawke's item mods, Ord Mandell, Weebul and Utini's shop, recruit Darkkender, of course the Plug-in which included a couple of these I think, svosh's reva redemption robes... I'm sure I used more, but these are the ones I can remember. I'm probably missing one I used a ton, but I haven't played that game in so long with mods :(

Besides ORD Mantell would look more Dantooine or Telos like. I had to use Korriban modules, those show a dry and arid world, it just wouldn't have fit. There are supposedly many planets in Star Wars with the prefix ORD... I picked the name I wanted close to it, so I wouldn't have to alter my dialogues much, and went with that. ;)

All of them would be supply depots in the KOTOR timeline because the Republic still has it's military. There are many more than just ORD Mantell. A large chunk of them are abandoned after the Republic Military is disbanded, but a few survived if the colonies in question had some sort of economy to fall back on. Everyone focuses on ORD Mantell because Han Solo mentions it. :)

Anyways, I love the ORD Mandell Mod. It is really tough though, especially since my really powerful character can't seem to go to it, the only one that can is a really weak female character who is still on her first planet. Needless to say, I got slaughtered by Mr. Happy and those Exchange thugs. The only one I was able to kill normally was the Wookiee, I used Force Whirlwind. Yup, I made it hard but the rewards are worthwhile, you leave with a ton of expensive stuff so essentially you are rich! :D

Mr. Happy Note: Mr. Happy originally was my circle of freinds name for the Cyberdemon in Doom & Doom II, we would use the Doom Control Center and make 50% of the placeables on the various maps weapons and armor and the other 50% Monsters (half of them set to Cyberdemons) then I would irritate one and get him to follow me and lead him to where the others were having a fragfest, usually blurting out as I sprint by "Here's Mr. Happy!", then he would rocket them to death... Good Times!

Yes, I heard that. I also prefer to wait a bit longer instead receiving an unfinished game (I wish they'd done the same with TSL). And I can ask to get Oblivion as a birthday present. ;) But until February, I want to finish my actual game of Baldurs Gate SoA and ToB, finish a new Morrowind mod, want to play X3: Reunion and maybe Battlefront 2 and Black & White 2, although I'm quite sure that I don't manage to do all of that because my studies require some time, too. :p
I have one that I like, although I didn't think it was the best. It was "Tomb of Jesset Dal-Kast" or something by somebody. I have a few problems with it though. For some reason, when I enter the hologram or vision of the Ebon Hawk, and you have to fight a dark Jedi version of all your party members, they are fed up with you
There is a problem with T3 and HK. The rest are just really hard, and I won't go through it on this playthrough because I am like level 13 (I went to Korriban second because I wanted to see Yuthura and Kel on Dantooine). But anyways, about T3 and HK. I can't kill them! They are invincible and nothing I do hurts them! I even cheated to get the "Insta-Kill Pistol" (Special Properties: Instant Kill, DC 100 :D), but it doesn't do anything to them!
I don't have a favorite. They're all good to me. But the mod I use all the time is the white haired pc mod. I love it.

7.Dark Heads mod.Dunno who made it,but it gives most(but not all)of the male heads a new DS feature(unique to each head)when you get about 9/10 DS mastery.
8.Colja's Hilt mod.It replaces the single saber hilt with a cooler looking one.
9.Xavier3's Jango Fett armour,helmet:jango:,and Westar 34 blaster(3 different mods)these look awesome and are really good too(I got two Westar 34's with 4-17 EACH after fully upgrading)
