I after I get so far into the first mission I cannot pick any more throwable grenades. I am running the game with the 1.0 patch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Um NO, once I run out I cannot pick anymore up.:mad: :(
Have you tried pressing 'Q' to switch grenade types? You may be out of Thermal Detonators, for example, but that doesn't mean you aren't full of, say, EC Detonators.
