thanks for the info. wow, i love the music. i love how all the songs seem dark. also the way in some songs they incorporate star wars songs is great. i'm kinda surprised they went so unique with the music, usually its the usual star wars soundtrack with a little difference here or there. can't wait to hear it in music.

But they aren't so much the STAR WARS style, or? It sounds more individually and it isn't from John Williams.

Point being?

I think the music seems to fit the game. It's excellent music. I love the mandalorian tracks.

And this game is different from the other Star Wars games, and movies for that matter. I think the music fits the game perfectly.

Has somebody seen the English translation of the Mandalorian text? Is there a complete Mandalorian language in STAR WARS? Like the Elvish in LotR?

Probably not. I dont think there is any complete language in Star Wars. Well, except basic. If there was a complete language, it would more likely be Huttese than Mandalorian anyway.

I guess no linguist wants to do it...a shame they created a klingon language but not huttese.

Now that I think about it, Sullustan might be a complete language, too. I'm pretty sure its an existing Earth language. It might be slightly tweaked, but I dont think it is. So I guess that makes two complete "Star Wars" languages.

There is a reason for the quotes you know. Sullustan doesnt count either.

A lot of text in the SW movies is in the font Aurabesh, which just has replacement characters for the English alphabet.

Yeah, but its not a new language. Unless you are trying to justify that Basic does count. I'm willing to get behind you on that one.

And Twilek? Is that a complete language?
(I think that Mandalorian sounds like English)

I doubt it. I dont even think it is spoken at all in the movies, so it would be strange for it to be the only complete Star Wars language not spoken on Earth.

In kotor there are much languages you can here. Twilek is also there.

Yes I know. But there are many languages in all of Star Wars, and I would think that if they were gonna take a language, and develope it into a complete language, they would use something from the movies. My guess would be that Huttese would be the most likely, because it seems to be the second most commonly used language.

Kote, darasuum kote.
Te racin ka'ra juaan kote.

I love it. Especially the homage to the clone's Mandalorian heritage.

And I can image the clones chanting this stuff if it would actually have an effect on droids :p

Maybe more on Trandoshans since droids are basically emotionless and wouldn't be scared by taunts.

Battle droids maybe. You can't tell me that droids dont fear. At least some kinds... protocol droids, perhaps?

Yeah well, C3PO is an odd exception.

But Clone troopers wouldn't be taunting him would they?

Taunts don't compute for Battle Droids. :D

Anyway... schools should give foreign language credits for learning Star Wars languages.

Or one of Tolkien's Elf language.

What? It would be cool to have a sindarin class.

But Clone troopers wouldn't be taunting him would they? C3PO and R2D2 are like that because their memory was never deleted. Normally the memory of a droid is deleted every three month.

The music sounds a little bit like Empire Earth music, or? I have a little bit the feeling of Empire Earth when I hear the music.
