For those of you having trouble downloading the demo:

Lucasfiles is having problems with the file. I suggest downloading the demo from the EchoNetwork mirror on the DF mod's website under Downloads. (http://darkforces.jediknight.net/downloads.shtml)

I hope you enjoy this mod as much as I do! Trust me, it's fantastic!

I agree, fantastic job!

And, unlike the original Dark Forces, it doesn't give me motion sickness.

The mod was beautiful. I am not even done with it yet (I got lost in the streets of Talay . . . :p ), but the recreation is great. Since I have never played DF, everything was new to me. This mod definitely showed that this community can still churn out massive mods.

I also like the menu's new interfaces, the 3DS MAX movies (that is what they were made in, right?), and the good ole' FPS feel to it. Forget sabers? Embrace difficulty with a blaster (JA SP was so easy with an ammo-less saber and unbeatable force powers . . . ) !

*claps to DF MOD TEAM*

Now only if Sine Nomen's Nar had been released, oh the possibilities . . .

Maybe I'm retarded but I can't get it to work. It gets to the mission debriefing with Mom Mothma, and then it just quits.

Anyone else having this problem?

Exact. For any other questions, issues or bugs, please continue in the Dark Forces Mod forum (http://www.lucasforums.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=396), but not here.
Thanks.
