how do you compress files into .pk3. the reason is that i seen how to place custom taunts. the taunts are done i just need all the folders into .pk3 format. thanks

Yep! Use winzip....you might have to get used to it...but it's easy to use and your .pk3 files will work fine.

With winrar I couldn't create working pk3s.

i cant get it to work. is there any insturctions for it. also the file is orinanaly for jk2 but came with no taunts. so is there still a way? thanks.

Pk3 files are just .zip files...if you can make a .zip file, then just change the ending from ".zip" to ".pk3".

Yeah I use winzip. Just create the directories in your desktop and put the files in them, then select the directories and add to zip. Then rename to pk3 extension.

If you're using any version of Windows, make sure you turn off "hide file extensions" (which is a stupid option anyway for security purposes!) and things should be pretty easy.
