I was wondering if it is possible to make a brush that is invisible exept if you use force seeing? I know in the rift map there is something sort of like this, where a brush turns invisible when you use force seeing, but I want i the oposite way.

I have tried that already, it didnt seem to make a difference :( I was thinking that maybe there is a special way the shader has to be?

It worked just fine for me, when I used it in my custom shader, with custom textures. In fact, you have two Raven maps where this method was used: The Rift and Kor1. You can search the places in Radiant and see if there's something you might have missed in the first place. Check the Raven shaders for insight.
