I would say it should be the first one, because it's the orignal, but I would suggest to build an possiblity to select the HUD in the options menu. What do you think about it?
I'd say the first, but the two 100's need to be a tiny bit bigger, and something doesn't look quite right about the 300, but I can't put my finger on it. The artwork is really good on the HUD.
yeah. cause on the demo they had the second one, and it looks cool but it doesnt match the other one :)
Yeah it is the first one. The other one was for Jedi Outcast. The first is for jedi academy.
I would go with the first one. It has more of a retro look and seems to fit the gritty feel that Dark Forces has better than the second one.
The HUD from the 1st screenshot is new and replacing the other one. This first one is almost exactly the HUD from the original DF. Just in case you didn't know.:)

That's what I said before. I think that this solution would be the best and should make all players happy :p
They oughta just make the one that follows the Origonals ones look smaller...its just way too huge, and it feels outa place
although its not the original, i prefer the seond one because its less distracting.
