Ok....I started this thread to get info about MODs such as the JediPlus mod for JO.....
I don't like some things in the game.....They have become worse than in JO..........
So...tell me is there a chance to see briliant mods for JA?

Yeah there's a lotta good people working on mods - what do you have in mind?

I think there needs to be a simple mod that enables the duel emotes, adds RGB sabers and makes model scalling possible.

A simple, but effective mod.

Hopefully OJP will have it all. ;)

Well, we're up to one (Duel Taunts (http://www.lucasforums.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=542)) and working on another (RGB Sabers).

Yeah, for the love of god don't call them emotes. I can live with taunts - but emotes got WAAAAAY out of hand.

The "lack" of mods is caused by

a) Lack of interest in JA

Sadly, there are much more promising games on market for potential modders

b) The big figures of JK2 modding have either left the scene awhile ago OR have united in OJP, hence instead of seeing 100 mods that copy one another, you see one big mod with all the features united

c) The main reason of course, is because I am not active enough to whip razorace and make him work faster :)

I like the way two of the three reasons involve me personally. :) I'm working on it! I'm working on it!

I'd rather think it's the OJP thing - and that spells a better mod - it'll be nice to see how Open Source benefits a modding community!

I hope so. I'm putting a lot of effort into the project. right now we're in the trying-to-get-recognized stage.
