Just a suggestion for the =A= leaders...
I think you should require everyone in the =A= to spend at least 2 or 3 skill points in the Architect skill tree. The skill points shouldnt be put into a blue print making but actual labor skill points. I know we havent seen the Architect skill tree yet so there might not even be a skill like this. It might not even be that players have to build the building, maybe once you finish the blueprint it automatically builds.
Because of our high ambitions on our town I think it should be neccesary that everyone pitches in on the buildings.

So you're thinking like an RTS; the more people working on the building, the faster it will get done? Sounds like a plan to me. If it works like that, I would be more than happy to pitch in. I've been calculating my character, and it looks like I'll have some extra SP to throw around.

I wouldn't be adding that skill to my character, as im going to be a bounty hunter. And need all the fighting skills i can get, melle, shooting, scount etc. :)

Just maybe make some exceptions for the BH group. ;)

Consider it done for me. Being as I will be a full blown architect, I'll hopefully have plenty of skill points in the Architect tree.

I sincerely doubt you will be manually building the buildings. Not likely. Only the person planning the blueprint would need architecture skills. Why? Because architect is an elite profession. Is it likely that everyone who wants a house has to master at least parts of the artisan skill tree? No. So I don't think there is a need for everyone to get architect skills.

The only reason I thought that it might be that we manually build buildings is because the Artisan's skill tree includes skills called "adavanced concepts" and "Experimental Design" which both include structure skill points.http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/images/features/Artisan.jpg) See this link to understand what Iam tlaking about.

Good point Patman. I would be more than happy to plug a few points into architecture....since I plan on being partly an artisan I will have no problem.

Well, experimental design is a random factor that lets you try to make advanced versions of the items you can create. But yes, the last two skills on Engineer Specialist lets you build structures (since it's the springboard for Architect). But.... if you can sell anything else that artisans can create, why should you not be able to sell structures? However, yes, I'm prepared to do my best and help miners and crafters to survive in the wilderness long enough to gather the necessary resources. And well, if I go for commando, I have to master the Engineer skill tree anyway. Oh well.... ;)

Of course. I will be building buildings for money anyways. Why not help out the Asociates while I'm earning a living?
