I'd guess his connection had been re-established at the end of TFU1, when he took the blindfold off and joined the Rebellion. Or maybe he was just being deliberately obtuse, which would IMO be perfectly in character for him....  [Read More]

That sounds like a mipmapping problem. Screenshot please? Do they just switch to black instantly or does the blackness sort of gradually creep over them?...  [Read More]

The facility on Kamino has existed long before Vader tried to clone Starkiller in it. Given the Empire's habit of overspending I wouldn't put it past Vader to run the whole Starkiller cloning program for no other reason than to screw with original St...  [Read More]

There's no other place it could have come from, especially since the "Distant Thunder" cinematics show that the actual Starkiller's corpse is kept in a room somewhere. As Klw said, it shows a corpse that looks like Starkiller's. In a clonin...  [Read More]

The Starkiller we follow in the story was grown in a vat. Do we know that? The first time we see him is when Vader releases him from his stint in the cell where he'd been without food or water (and not for the first time either). For whatever reason...  [Read More]

Memory is from experiance, its not something you can suck out of a brain. Um, hello? Star Wars? Spaceships, hovercars, rubber forehead aliens? Dudes with magical powers? And I highly doubt we were playing as a clone starkiller in the second half of...  [Read More]

Have I missed something? I didn't notice the words "DNA" or "genetic" anywhere in the game. Vader talks about "memory flashes", I always kinda assumed he had some kind of process by which he extracted memories from Stark...  [Read More]

I really like the dreaming robes or whatever that plain brown shirt Starkiller gets in the Dagobah cave is called. I like that because it's very plain and utilitarian, in contrast to the rest of the costumes, which are rather extravagant. As for ligh...  [Read More]

There were plenty of non-DMM doors even in TFU1. And in that game it actually did affect gameplay - remember the wooden sniper nests on Kashyyyk? Or the carbonite hoses that you could rip out and spray imperials with?...  [Read More]

And the ironic part is, the doors could've been much more easily done using ordinary animation and would've looked just as good. It's a neat gimmick, but it doesn't affect the actual gameplay in any way....  [Read More]

Gawd. C-canon? T-canon? G-canon? And I get told off for taking this stuff too seriously? As for your points about Starkiller, they are fairly convincing, except for one small factor: the Dark Apprentice from the dark side ending and the "Distan...  [Read More]

That's on the Salvation, right before you encounter the Terror Troopers for the first time. You see Juno on the floor through some glass (which, unlike any other glass in the game, is inexplicably Force- and lightsaber-proof). Then you backtrack a bi...  [Read More]

Exactly, look at Kotor. The first one was a huge hit, so they rushed a sequel out. That, due to being rushed, was significanly less well received and suffered much worse sales. And they axed the series. There's a cutscene with Boba Fett and Vader, t...  [Read More]
