Sooner than you think. I'm going to release a special beta version of the mod to BOFH to run on a test server he's providing. You can find that information in the sticked thread on the subject.

As for the full R3 Release, I really don't know. We're aimming to get the core of the saber changes done and that WILL take a long time. :)

Anyway, the biggest R3 beta change is definately the improved saber collision stuff. It's far from perfect but it's much better than before. I'm still working on it so it should continue to improve with time.

Don't come home until the beta is ready :D

It's ready but the server isn't. BOFH wasn't feeling so hot today so he didn't work on it today. I want it up as much as you do. :)

A dedicated server? Why don't you guys host a temporary one first?

Cause I'm only on a dial up. :)

...or anyone else on your team? Don't tell me all of you are on dialups man...

Well, sure Bill and Y have broadband but I don't think any of them want to host a perminate server. We do fire it up for beta testing but that's with a very dynamic beta version.
