I'll try to add some more color and shading. Yeah his head is really really round:p . Has a big plump ol' head. Haven't skinned anything new on it in a couple days though. Got his collar done...thats as far as I've gone down.
The actual skin of Jerec has been complete for a while, but I've been waiting for a few mesh issues to be resolved so I could show the skin with shaders. The shaders still aren't ready, but I decided to show what I've got anyway, since this thread hasn't been updated in a while.

im working on facial animations right now, but i think the mouth shader problem is still there... ill keep trying different things. and i believe inbredyokel is still working on the shaders.

The default model looks so accurate, even down to how thick the tattoos on his face are look perfect.
Oh yeah, I completely forgot I was going to rip some sounds from the jk1 cutscenes...hmm, good thing you brought that up. I think all of the sounds(except for taunts) are coming from the jerec model from jk1. I'll try to get as many good taunts together as I can, for all us jedimod/jediplus users out there.

slowly but surely, on my part at least. im starting with the hardest part, the player models. ive finished legless Maw, Jerec (almost), and im working on Boc's mesh. the link to the site is in my sig.
inbred, have you tried emailing him? if not, tell me so i will.
if he doesnt respond within a few days just take your skin and highlight it blue or something, doesnt have to look different.

I've emailed him about it. Hopefully he'll be able to finish it, and if necessary I can just send him my clothing texture files and he can modify them as he sees fit for his design. This week is going to be VERY hectic for me, so I'll do what I can to finish everything tonight and tomorrow and send it over.

Well, my email to bleek was just returned, so I guess it's safe to say we'll be needing someone else to skin a blue Jerec. I'd rather not just recolor mine, but I know we're pressed for time. So as a little compromise, if someone just wants to skin a new head and doesn't want to totally redo the clothing, I'll send them everything from the neck down to modify as they please. If anyone wants to give it a shot, post here or PM me. I will need to see some sample work though.
i can give it a shot, my work is posted in my signature. if anyone has some ideas about a good blue skin tell me. e-mail me here (robinhawk@yahoo.com) if you're interested.

I have not gotten to work on the Jerec model at all really...I only have his head finished. If you want I can send you the head of him and mabey someone else can finish the body...or you can add the head to your red version and change the colors to blue. I never got an email either soooo..i dunno whats up wit that. Just tell me what ya wanna do....I gotta get busy again on work:mad: .

I'm just waiting for a fixed shader from toonces (red jerec has a hole in his head). Other than that, I need to do the bot file and come up with a blue skin if I don't hear from bleek. Not sure what the progress on the sound pack is tho....
Damn that sort of means he won't be with us soon damn I want this model so much!
