Wow. I'm computer-challenged, too, so I feel your pain. Try going to one of Lighbulba's recent posts, with the picture. Click on the edit button on the bar at the top of the post, and you should be able to see the code used. Might give you an idea how to do it...

Not trying to sound mean.. but did you read the FAQ? First, you need a picture from the internet (NOT your hard drive), copy the shortcut to it, and paste it in there. Thing is, you have to use UBB code, not HTML. So use the "" tags. Be sure to include the [/" part in the second half. For an example, "edit" my post and look at the source:
