This is the mission where you have to waste The Priam with three B-Wings, one A-Wing and jolly ol' you. The problem is that all the other B-Wings are set to disable the frigate and only use their ion cannons, thus not firing any torpedos and making bringing down the frigates shields impossible with the twelve torpedos you have.

I tried turing on some of the cheats- but I don't get the badge when I win this way. Any ideas?

You are only supposed to disable the FRG...when you run out of torpedoes, you can use lasers until you get "Shields Down", then switch to ions until disabled. This is essentially a recreation of the mission from Tour of Duty 3, only the Y-wings are replaced by B-wings, and you're in one of the B-wings instead of the A-wing.
