Hello, (formaly an e-mail to fred tera)
I am a regular user of kotor tool and have been receiving the most absurd error messages (see below for ONE of the lot) and this particular one totally kills the project and makes it impossible to restore my previous work without a different error appearing and doesn't allow me to load of save that particular project. It can be most agitating but I'm sure that you can easily fix it. :smash:

P.S. With some more debugging, your KOTOR TOOL will become a jewel----great job! :king1:

Error is as follows:
:sithk:

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

I think even Fred would ask:
"What exactly were you trying to do when the error occurred? Is it repeatable? Does it only occur with a particular file? ..."

TO TK102 -->

Well, I have been TRYING to only save a perfectly-fine-two-minutes-ago module editor project.

-jedijed

I get it a LOT.

Perhaps one of the files in your module is corrupt?

Edit:
Well, I have been TRYING to only save a perfectly-fine-two-minutes-ago module editor project. I get it a LOT.
Wait, it was working 2 mintues ago but now you're getting the error a lot and have since posted here bounced an email to Fred? Wow, you're quick on the draw. :D

Yup, the xml info file probably was... after the error message, though.
It was working fine before I tried to save it.
This occurs within ALL of the modules I have ever used evuantualy.
This error only occurs when I try to open or save this module but it has happened to others before.

Start editing your posts if you want to add more content, this isn't a chatboard.

I'm sorry you're having problems. Perhaps someone with more experience using KT's module editor will know the reason why this is happening, otherwise you'll have to take careful notes of the steps you make and make frequent backups.
