I just picked up the X-Wing Collector's Series off of Ebay. It does not mention if the mission packs, that were originally sold seperately, are installed. IIRC, the B-Wing was an add-on and Tie Fighter had an add-on called "Balance of Power"
Do I need to buy these mission pacls/add-ons or are they included?

It was X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter that had the "Balance of Power" expansion. The one for TIE Fighter was titled "Defender of the Empire". In any event, you get all of the expansions for X-Wing and TIE Fighter in the Collector Series. (Note: X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter is a separate game, but a limited "Flight School" version of the game is included in the XWCS).
