The cfg files are different for JA and JO, Rasin. Thus, the question should be asked for models or perhaps the modellers could start putting 'THIS IS FOR J(insert properl vowel)'.
TMU = JA
Neo = TMU
Therefore:
Neo = MINE! I mean uh...JA :D

I'm not saying remodel the head, but make his head look narrower with shading and such, make his eyes go back into his head a bit.

I'd suggest lessening the height of his eyes, as they look too open and unnatural. The pics that were provided should help.
I also wouldn't say no to darkening that eye color, either. Maybe desaturate it a couple steps?
