Rock on, I agree, the more non-human species the better ^_^ I agree, the more Ithorian skins the better :) I definately plan on doing my own Jedi at some point....  [Read More]

Wow, I cannot wait to see this guy in action. I might have to work on a skin for this eventually [not for the release; I'm kinda overwhelmed here with all the skins I want to do] but I've got a character in mind that I want to see in-game eventually,...  [Read More]

True. Although many of the female Twi'lek skins came in a separate pack. I suppose they should get split up into separate files, like Yin is [granted, she was designed later on]. So I think I will agree, and recommend that the model itself only come...  [Read More]

Thing is, Bothans have more variety to their looks than Twi'leks do, from a modelling perspective. Part of the problem is hair. Tattoos and other similar features can be skinned on, but hair of this sort has to be modelled on, and not all Bothans hav...  [Read More]

Guys, come on, don't spam Brad's thread with talk of Galaxies. Go to the Swamp or whatever the social board is. As for skins for the model, is anyone lined up yet, and what characters if any are being planned? BradFu, do you have anything in mind fo...  [Read More]

I think Bothans generally run on similar heights to humans. Some tall, some short, whatever. Borsk himself I thought was supposed to be somewhat moderate-to-short, and he was drawn in some comics to be slightly taller than Leia. Other Bothans I've se...  [Read More]

Absolutely! Spent the entire night on the phone. Not with whom I hoped, but a good friend none-the-less, who happens to own JO and is GM for my Star Wars campaign on campus. So *sheeps* didn't get any skinning done. Turned Maw into a single-player NI...  [Read More]

*sheeps* I don't have anything released yet, no. I started off by editing existing skins, but thanks to Chesire I was able to get to work on a skin straight off the wire-frame. Let me tell you, I've learned so much more from doing that than any skin...  [Read More]

*grins* Glad you said four, otherwise I'd have to hurt you :) Got any skinners lined up yet, btw? I am admittedly just a novice but I'm learning more by the day . I could seriously see the default skin pack containing a skin for Jorus C'baoth [I]and...  [Read More]

You don't want to use the comics as reference for his hair. The artist was really very untalented, it was sad. As for the back of his hair, I'd say go with mid-lower back length. Not quite to his waist, but close to it. That's just my opinion though...  [Read More]

I think his robes actually are supposed to be divided. My friend has the comic, which I'll check out, although it's hardly accurate [Khabarak, for example, was larger than Leia in one scene, and they're supposed to be roughly child-sized]. It's impos...  [Read More]

I reemailed the guy from jk2edit.com, thinkin' maybe my email didn't go through. If it did, maybe he's on vacation, which is cool, so we just need to wait a little longer. Maw is out, and I'm in the process of getting him into SP and getting him to...  [Read More]

I contacted Bloodriot and Absath almost immediately after signing on to the project, and they said they were busy on something else; but I didn't think to ask simply if we could use their models as NPCs and enemies in our maps. Good thinking! And I...  [Read More]

Thus "I don't think we'd be allowed to" : ) And personally, that makes me happy, cause as nice as a live-action Jan was, the acting and special affects hurt so badly I could barely stand to watch. But I had to, so I'd know the story; doing...  [Read More]

I was thinking that we'd just use the models in the fashion that JO does for its cutscenes. I do not believe it is possible to copy over the cutscenes, nor do I think we would be allowed to. ... ... ... Besides, they're really cheesy. Do you real...  [Read More]

I disagree. It will be the same story, most assuredly. Things may be done differently, but the story should progress exactly as before. Your viewpoint is more than understood, though, which is why we've said we're putting out multiple versions of the...  [Read More]

Well, I think we'd lose a lot without being able to have Boc fence case. Who knows, maybe by the time we get that far, Raven will have released an add-on, like MotS was for JK, which includes doublebladed sabers and the possibility for multiple weapo...  [Read More]

Yes, it's somewhat obvious the gravity is off, causing Kyle to fly, but the question is how does one accomplish this in-game? Actually, I was thinking very much of that level when I mentioned Fyyar. They do interesting things with it, but if you're...  [Read More]

Hey, good to hear from you. I've spoken with your project leader a little while back, discussing the idea of an exchange of resources once we get off the ground. That's a good idea for contacting LEC, I'll get on that as soon as I'm able. JK doesn't...  [Read More]
